After-sales policy
The details of after-sales service within the warranty scope are as follows (begin on the shipping day from the factory):

● Cell problem: Free battery cell replacements will be shipped to the buyer (shipping costs borne by the seller).
● BMS problem: Free BMS replacements will be shipped to the buyer (shipping costs borne by the seller).
● Serious quality problems with the entire battery pack: Free replacement of new battery packs, and provide quality solutions (shipping costs borne by the seller).
Details of after-sales service beyond the warranty period are as following:

● The seller provides paid services and the buyer pays for materials, shipping, and other related costs.
After-sales service identification and warranty process:

● The buyer provides real and effective pictures and videos to prove product problems during the warranty period.
● The seller analyzes the cause, grade and type of the failure, and then providesthe specific after-sales plan.
● Other unresolved matters are to be negotiated by both parties.
Disclaimer
1. Product problems caused by the buyer's artificial, improper use or unresistible factors are not covered by the warranty.
2. Accessories and installation tools that come with the main product are not coveredby the warranty.
3. The final interpretation of these after-sales service terms and policies shall belong tothe seller.
